This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in India while serving clients in the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales leads through outbound outreach and follow-ups.
Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demos to prospective U.S. clients.
Build lasting client relationships with excellent communication and customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track progress, and schedule tasks.
Meet or exceed sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient start to their journey.
Provide regular updates and sales insights to the management team.
Stay updated on product offerings and market trends to refine sales approaches.

Requirements:
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi (minimum 10 Mbps) and a personal laptop/computer (8GB RAM, i5 processor or equivalent).
Proficiency with computers and readiness to master new tools (e.g., CRM software, scheduling apps).
Proven sales experience (minimum 2 years), ideally in a customer-facing or remote role.
Strong customer service and onboarding skills to support new clients effectively.
Ability to work U.S. hours, which may include evening or night shifts in India.
Self-driven and organized, with the ability to excel in a remote environment.
SALARY RANGE (MONTHLY)
From 90,000 PKR to 125,000 PKR
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in remote sales.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly).
Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a bonus.
