We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Specialist located in Warrendale, PA.
What You’ll Do
As an Operations Specialist, you will perform basic functions in Separately Managed Account Operations (SMA) including new account initialization, trade support, reconciliation, performance calculation, data integrity, and data reporting. The Operations Specialist effectively interfaces with clients, brokers, SMA traders, and portfolio managers on basic issues and provides customer support to both internal and external clients. You will reconcile discretionary SMAs prior to market open; process discretionary SMA client requests. Assist in solving reconciliation problems, and processing trade error corrections due to administrative or trading errors. Regularly assist in reviewing, identifying, and correcting anomalies in critical data points on all SMA recordkeeping systems.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and professional and/or military experience may be considered.
• 1 year experience in mutual funds or separate accounts; managed accounts experience preferred
• Knowledge of domestic equity and/or fixed income securities
• Advanced MS Office Products (Excel, Word,) experience
