What Youll Do
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the voice of our company, assisting customers with inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a positive experience during every interaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
Assist customers with general queries, account information, product support, and troubleshooting
Accurately input and update customer records in internal systems
Resolve issues effectively or escalate to the relevant department where necessary
Achieve personal and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction)
Provide product or service information clearly and confidently
Maintain a polite, empathetic, and helpful attitude at all times
What Were Looking For
Essential:
Strong verbal communication skills
Good level of written English and computer literacy
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
Excellent timekeeping and reliability
Working Hours
Flexible shifts: Full-time or part-time (including evening and weekend options)
Monday to Friday and/or weekend availability
