Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $19 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Production Worker:

Efficiently fill bags with perlite material

Stack filled bags onto pallets in an organized manner
Ensure smooth production flow by maintaining work areas and following safety protocols
Keep up with production targets while maintaining high attention to detail
Perform routine checks to ensure quality and consistency of products
Ensure safety at all times

Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:

Proven experience in manufacturing or production settings

Ability to work in a dirty and dusty environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items
Must be able to start work promptly at 5:00 AM
Background check and drug screening required
