Objective
The aim as the Property Manager is to ensure the successful listing and management of properties on
the Airbnb platform. Typically focuses on maximizing rental income, ensuring a high-quality guest
experience, and managing the day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties. Responsibilities
include creating and managing listings, handling guest communication, ensuring property cleanliness
and maintenance, and implementing pricing strategies.
1. Listing Management & Optimization:
Creating and optimizing listings: Crafting compelling descriptions, using high-quality photos, and
implementing online marketing strategies to attract guests.
Dynamic pricing: Setting competitive prices that maximize occupancy and revenue.
2. Guest Communication and Experience:
Handling guest inquiries and bookings: Responding promptly to guest questions and managing the
booking process.
Providing support throughout the guest's stay: Addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Check-in and check-out coordination: Ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
