We are expanding our business development team and looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who thrives in B2B lead generation and sales within the digital marketing space.



Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth by connecting with marketing agencies that need digital marketing support. Your focus will be on LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and networking to attract agency clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Outreach

Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn lead generation campaigns, including connection requests, personalized messaging, and engaging content tailored for marketing agencies
Conduct market research to identify potential agency clients and understand their needs
Build and maintain a strong professional network on LinkedIn within the marketing agency industry
Utilize various lead generation tools and platforms to identify and qualify leads


Sales Support

Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for potential agency clients
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support sales pitches
Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
Participate in sales calls and client meetings as required


Marketing and Communication

Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Create high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and website content
Manage the company's social media presence with a focus on marketing agencies
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies


Client Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with agency clients
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively


Outreach and Networking

Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners
Build relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach


Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in sales and marketing with a strong focus on business development
Experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment targeting marketing agencies
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly motivated and results-oriented with strong time management skills
Passion for digital marketing and industry trends


Bonus Points
Experience in the digital marketing industry, specifically within the marketing agency ecosystem
Experience working with and providing services to marketing agencies
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
Experience with content marketing and SEO
