We are looking for a talented Script Writer who can craft compelling scripts for videos, tutorials, webinars, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
 Content Strategy & Planning
Develop monthly/quarterly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure content supports campaign objectives.
 Copywriting & Creative Storytelling
Write engaging, value-driven captions and posts tailored to platform and audience behavior.
Craft compelling CTAs and storytelling content that increases click-through and conversions.
Graphic & Video Content Creation
Work closely with designers/editors or independently create visual assets (Reels, carousels, infographics).
Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and are optimized for each platform.
Analytics & Campaign Optimization
Monitor and report performance (KPIs like engagement rate, CTR, reach, etc.).
Use insights to test, learn, and improve social strategies.
 Trend & Platform Research
Stay updated with the latest platform updates, social trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.
Experiment with new formats and ideas to keep content fresh.
 Community Engagement
Build relationships by engaging with followers, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
Foster loyalty and turn followers into brand advocates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
 Engagement Rate: Achieve >5% average engagement rate across platforms
  Follower Growth: Increase follower base by X% quarter-over-quarter
 Content Performance: % of posts achieving above-average impressions and saves
 Traffic from Social Media: Contribute X% to total website traffic via social
 Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through social content/campaigns
  Response Time: Maintain <12-hour response time to DMs/comments
 Campaign ROI: Track and improve conversion from paid and organic social campaigns
Qualifications & Skills:
2-4 years of work Experience 
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite
Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics (e.g., via Sprout, Google Analytics)
