Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Planner to fill a Direct Hire opening in Springdale, OH!

Hours are 10 PM - 6 AM!

Responsibilities:

Lead plant safety processes and ensure efficient resource utilization
Monitor team compliance with regulations and direct maintenance work
Assign and inspect preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols
Provide troubleshooting support and report work through CMMS
Review KPIs, resolve shift problems, and inspect operations for quality
Offer feedback on performance and support SQF Systems maintenance
Maintain clean, safe work areas, participate in initiatives, and conduct safety observations
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience in a Maintenance Lead Role
Previous experience with Controls & PLCs (Programming is a plus)
Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry is required
Preventative & Predictive Maintenance experience
Computer Skills - Microsoft Office and CMMS Systems
Verbal & Written Communication Skills
