This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity that offers full-time or part-time flexibility—ideal for those seeking to complement an existing role or embark on a new full-time path.

Whether you're an experienced coach or new to the industry with a passion for growth and impact, you’ll receive full training, mentorship, and resources to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

Attend weekly training and personal development sessions via Zoom
Learn to create effective marketing and lead generation strategies (no cold calling)
Conduct structured interviews with potential clients (scripts and systems provided)
Host Q&A sessions and share program information with prospects
Mentor and support new clients on their growth journey
Build your online presence and personal brand through strategic marketing

We’re Looking For

✔ Professionals with at least 5 years of experience (self-employed or corporate)

✔ Excellent communication skills and confidence using Zoom and phone

✔ Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

✔ Driven individuals with a passion for coaching, leadership, and personal growth

✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to ongoing learning
