Problem-Solving Specialist (Logistics)
at SORUL in Germany
Our client is a leading agency for vacancies in the hospitality, tourism and aviation industries. The vacancy is for a major client from the logistics industry, currently building up two new logistics centre in Estorf and Diemelstadt, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a contact person for relevant departments in case of issues
- Timely and efficient resolution of shipping-related problems in accordance with customer requirements
- Handling issues such as PickShorts, PackShorts, and ErrorLabels
- Clarifying stock discrepancies with the inventory team
- Correcting data in orders
- Troubleshooting label printers, scanners, and system login problems
- Analyzing errors related to trolleys and transport containers (Trolleys and Cages)
- Monitoring open customer orders
The schedule is in 2 or 3 shifts on workdays, in peak periods Saturday as well.
Qualifications
- Education in freight forwarding/logistics services or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Fluency in English
- Strong social and communication skills
- Reliability, organized and systematic work approach
- Willingness to work shifts
