Architectural Project Manager - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB #25-01102


Salary Range: $90K - $125K Permanent Position / Benefits


DESCRIPTION:


A Cleveland, Ohio area Architectural & Engineering Firm seeks an experienced Architectural Project Manager to manage health care projects from inception to completion.


REQUIREMENTS:


Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Registered Architect in the State of Ohio with a minimum of (10) years of Healthcare Project experience for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant or Healthcare related firm.


Able to manage architectural projects from start to finish.


Manage and mentor junior staff members.


Reviews Proposals / Drawings and assigns work.


Architectural Healthcare Design experience and Revit knowledge.


Strong knowledge of FGI, NFPA and ICC codes a plus.


Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook. MS Project)


Must have good work planning, team facilitation and financial management skills.


Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
