SALARY: ₦300,000

Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure optimal productivity and safety. The ideal candidate will lead a team of warehouse staff, manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and maintain compliance with company standards and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
 Manage receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
 Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity goals
 Ensure accurate inventory management through regular audits and recordkeeping
 Monitor safety standards and enforce proper warehouse safety procedures
 Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and delivery providers
 Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance warehouse efficiency
 Maintain warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance schedules
 Track key performance metrics and prepare regular operations reports
 Handle issues related to damaged or missing inventory and resolve shipment discrepancies
QUALIFICATIONS
 Strong leadership and team management skills
 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
 Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments
 Effective communication and decision-making abilities
 Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary
 Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management
 Experience using inventory software or ERP systems
 OSHA certification or other warehouse safety training is a plus
