Position: Engagement & Community Intern
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Duration: 8–12 weeks
Compensation: Unpaid Internship (Potential for future paid position based on funding and performance)

Role Overview:
As an Engagement & Community Intern, you will serve as the digital bridge between CASEY and the outside world. You’ll be responsible for managing social platforms, interacting with prospective users or collaborators, and helping build our brand presence across online communities.

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow CASEY’s social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit)
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with our brand tone
Engage in relevant discussions on startup and AI forums
Support outreach messaging for CTO/SME recruitment
Track engagement, analytics, and community feedback
Brainstorm and implement creative ways to increase visibility

What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, proactive, and digitally fluent communicator
Understanding of social media etiquette and community building
Familiarity with startups, Gen Z trends, or behavioral science topics
Willingness to take ownership of outreach and engagement tasks

Bonus:
Experience with community platforms (Reddit, Discord, IndieHackers)
Exposure to digital marketing tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, etc.)
Passion for the mission: helping others find clarity and confidence

Future Opportunities:
