Full-time Data Entry Clerk – Remote Work

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a fully remote position ideal for candidates who are organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently.

In this role, you will assist with entering and updating data in various systems, handling customer inquiries, and supporting internal operations with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Input and update data in spreadsheets, forms, and CRM platforms

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner

Verify accuracy of records and resolve discrepancies

Assist with order entry, account updates, and support follow-up

Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity

Communicate clearly with team members and escalate issues when needed

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)

Self-motivated and able to work independently from home

Previous data entry or customer service experience is a plus
