Full-time Retail Sales Development Manager

at Jobisite in Victoria

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Development Manager to drive national sales growth, manage key accounts and lead a team of Retail Sales Development Executives. Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will craft and execute strategy, expand market share and build partnerships across diverse retail segments. Regular interstate travel and occasional international trips are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategy to achieve revenue and share targets
- Lead, coach and support a multi-territory sales team
- Manage and grow relationships with major retail partners
- Identify new channels and geographic opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and coach team members for high performance
- Analyse market trends and competitor moves to inform strategy
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with chains and independents
- Work closely with marketing, logistics and product teams to ensure seamless service
- Deliver sales forecasts and strategic reports to senior leadership
- Represent Lectroni at industry events and associations


What You Need
- 5+ years in retail sales management or business development, ideally in automotive or industrial B2B
- Demonstrated success in hitting targets, increasing market share and leading high-performing teams
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Excellent relationship-building, presentation and negotiation ability
- Deep knowledge of the automotive aftermarket or related distribution models
- Proficiency with CRM, analytics and BI tools
- Willingness to travel extensively across Australia
- Existing right to work in Australia
