 To carry out instructions as determined by the Team Leader/Assistant Shift Manager
 To carry out a designed process or procedure and to work on production lines/areas as required.
 Ensuring precision in measuring ingredients and following recipes accurately.
 Operating and monitoring bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens and metal detectors.
 Completing relevant paperwork while paying attention to details.
 Keeping work areas clean and organised to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
 Packing finished goods.
 Maintaining product quality.
 Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any issues.
 Addressing and resolving minor issues in the production process.
 To achieve QAS standards and report any problems to the Team Leader/Assistant Shift Manager/Manager.
 To conduct procedures that safeguard product and business risk (i.e date printing/metal detecting etc) Checking instruments such as temperature gauges, at regular intervals, ensuring all technical paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
 Check and prepare machinery, equipment and supplies before executing the role orders ensuring machine/equipment operated allows continuous flow of production to achieve the area plan.
 Ensure that products, ingredients, equipment and packaging are correctly labelled and kept in clean and tidy conditions, checking all of these areas before transferring them from one area to another. Identifying any issues or problems to the Team Leader/Assistant Shift Manager/Manager.
 Ensure that the transfer of products, packaging, ingredients and equipment from one area of the factory to the other is done by following the low/high care and Nut area procedures.
