Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16.50 - $21.00 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Bartender:

• Greet guests warmly and take beverage and food orders
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
• Verify identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar tools
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Maintain accurate cash handling and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to ensure a safe environment
• Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Job requirements:

• Prior bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
• Must be at least 21 years old (or legal age to serve alcohol in your area)
• Responsible Beverage Service certification (e.g., TIPS, RBS) is a MUST
