We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization and will be responsible for managing front-desk activities, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records using tools such as MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
2. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email etc.)
4. Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks using MS Excel and Google Sheets
5. Prepare and format documents, reports, and letters using MS Word
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
2. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
