Main Responsibilities:
Undergo management training program to prepare for a leadership role
Support daily operations and coordinate with the team
Assist in supervising customer support tasks and reporting
Develop problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills

Working Hours:
10 hours/day, 6 days a week (with 1 + 1 hour break)
