A global industrial group is looking to recruit an IT&K Professional to oversee and drive the implementation of systems and applications across multiple business areas. This role combines data governance, analytics, ERP integration, and digital transformation to support global operations and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Your Role
• Oversee and ensure the successful implementation of systems and applications, including Master Data Governance, Procurement platforms, Supplier Relationship Management, Document Control, and ERP integration.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and reliability, following company policies and procedures.
• Promote data ownership and accountability, supporting the management and development of a Data Lake environment.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data and AI technologies to improve decision-making and optimize business processes.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain global reporting and analytics frameworks, ensuring integration with data platforms.
• Provide reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools to generate insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system architecture and guarantee seamless integration of ERPs, procurement, and business applications.
Your Qualifications
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT development and ERP/business solutions management.
• Hands-on expertise in ERP and SRM systems, Master Data Governance, and documentation management.
• Experience in automation and digitalization of processes.
• Proven ability to report to senior management and operate in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong change management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, and users.
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in business solutions.
• Good English level (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Availability to work on a European shift schedule
• Availability for occasional international travel when required.
