Venture Smarter is a growing consultancy dedicated to helping businesses scale through smart strategies, efficient processes, and tailored solutions. We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling & Admin Assistant to support our team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones


Handle email correspondence, reminders, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholders


Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation


Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and administrative materials


Support project coordination and task tracking to keep deliverables on schedule


Perform general administrative duties as required


Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative support, scheduling, or executive assistance


Excellent organizational and time management skills


Strong communication skills (written and verbal)


Proficiency with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) and productivity software (Google Workspace, MS Office)


Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively


Reliable internet connection and home office setup
