We are hiring an Engineer – Testing.

Location: San Jose, CA 95112 (Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 6–12 Months

We are looking for an experienced Testing Engineer who is hands-on and passionate about ensuring product quality through strong test planning, execution, and issue investigation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both software and hardware environments.

Key Skills:
• Test Planning & Test Execution Strategy
• Linux & Windows Environment
• Data Analysis (Mean, Variance, Outliers)
• Device / Hardware Assembly Understanding
• Spreadsheet & Presentation Tools

Nice to Have:
• Experience operating EE machines such as Vector Network Analyzer
• Familiarity with 3D printing tools
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly and scaling operations
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:
• Build test plans and execution strategies to ensure product quality
• Execute test cases and track results effectively
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams
• Investigate issues and drive root cause analysis to closure
• Utilize available tools to measure product quality and identify defects
• Manage multiple tasks and collaborate with internal teams and vendors

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in testing or quality engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a hands-on testing environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
