Full-time Admin Clerk

Purpose of the Position: The incumbent will assist in the preparation of the documents for IMS Certificates and its maintenance within the IT Department. They will also check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of the policies and procedures in the IMS to attain company objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with various department roles in regards to the IMS procedure and its maintenance (i.e., closure of audit findings both internal and external).

Conduct/assist and evaluate different areas and processes of the department to monitor compliance to applicable Standards, existing policies, and procedures of the project.

Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of existing policies and procedures necessary to attain the objective.

Assist in preparing training and presentation materials.

Update and maintain the Document Management System.

Maintain and control related IMS records and documents, ensuring that processes needed are maintained following the requirements of ISO standards as well as legal and other requirements.

Provide a monthly IMS dashboard reporting on internal, external, and third-party audits/inspections and incidents and non-conformances.
