Business Development Manager
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners and colleges to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating, researching, and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Ability to create sales presentations
Functional knowledge of standard business tools, techniques, and software
Knowledge of business policies
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
Master's degree in MBA
0-1 years' prior industry-related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
