-Two experienced (5 yrs+) strong Business Analysts with lead skills

-Experience in Archer, JIRA, Excel, Visio, and Outlook a Plus

-Scope out 4 key items


Work with Business Partner Team to create standardized and risk control
library (Archer has risk libraries).  Financial services has a massive list of
potential risk that our area faces.  Need to determine what impacts our area. 
Currently have free form text in our risk and controls and no standardization. 
Need to come up with a standard risk and control library.
Design control testing solution.
Design a process to manage risk policies and work with business.
Design a scalable solution to extract data from Archer (process is very
manual today).-Experience with Risk and Policy a plus

-Any technical experience a plus

-Any GRC Platform ? Governance Rick and Compliance  

-Prefer both candidates from a single partner

-Banking experience a plus

-Agile environment helpful
