IBR, a national executive search firm, whose principals, have nearly 20 years' experience building client and candidate relationships within the firm’s existing industry sectors. We are now aggressively growing into new markets and service offerings, and seek to hire, grow, develop and promote an up-and-coming professional to be a positive influence and force in our expanding market research data administration function.

The desired professional will possess at least 3-5 years career experience but may have more dependent on their individual situation.  Core competencies of the desired candidate shall be in any of the following areas; data-mining/research, departmental administrative assistant (e.g. senior EA to the marketing or sales head of a company)

Prior career experience can and should include at least some combination of the following;

Prior experience using any sort of sales software or internal database (software or cloud based) for data management purposes

Demonstrated prior work experience in a B2B or B2C work experience executing marketing or consumer research projects that further demonstrate project deliverables, personal decision making and working cross-functionally with other managers or departments

A must have of this position is a direct communication style with a desire to speak very regularly amongst peers and senior management. 

Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel including uploading and downloading large amounts of tabular data from external (raw) tab delimited sources as well as CRM’s/databases.

Proven experience meeting project-based deadlines of delivery of reports or materials to senior managers

Although not a requirement of the job, the desired candidate should have a willingness to attend to basic administrative duties relating to data management, data administration and general duties of our company.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and for full time hires include company paid (employee contribution) healthcare and incentives.
