Full-time Manager of Facilities

at World Changers Church International in United States Of America

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:
To provide leadership, management, direction and vision to the Facilities Department of World Changers Church International and its’ entities. To assure the effective performance of all Georgia campus facilities and provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of WCCI.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide overall vision, leadership, strategic growth and direction for the Facilities Department for World Changers Church International and its’ locations across the United States.
Develop and implement a Facilities training manual and maintenance program that ensures the cleanliness, safety, effectiveness and progressive productivity and efficiency for the Facilities department.
Develop a strategic growth plan for the facilities department that increases productivity, minimizes risks and costs, builds team morale and drives the facilities department to achieve goals to enhance the mission of WCCI.
Review and update all standard operating procedures (SOP’s,) policies, procedures, protocols and documentation on a quarterly basis to ensure continued efficiency and compliance.
Develop and manage a Facilities monthly budget to ensure all pertinent supplies are in inventory to ensure all facilities employees are able to be effective in completing tasks.
Responsible for reviewing all WCCI facilities vendors and negotiating contracts to ensure the organization minimizes vendor costs while producing quality and exceptional results.
Recruit, develop, motivate and lead the Facilities staff to include supervisors and vendors to achieve desired goals and results.
Responsible for developing and creating analytical and financial reports pertinent to the facilities department. (Budgets, forecasting, inventory reports, staffing, weekly executive reports, overtime etc.)
Implement relevant technical software to facilitate work orders and requests from various departments
Ensure that Daily Operations Report are monitored and discussed by the Facilities team so that findings and problems can be addressed and solved in a timely manner.
Responsible for leading new construction projects, renovations or facilities related task assigned by WCCI.
Develop and maintain current drawings, schematics and engineering records describing all WCCI and FCOD facilities, equipment and grounds.
Conduct regular inspections of all WCCI and FCOD facilities, grounds and equipment to ensure that high standards for cleanliness, attractiveness and safety are maintained.
Research and communicate current developments in the facilities, repair, maintenance, and custodial areas through workshops, conferences, seminars, trainings and affiliation in professional organizations. (IFMA, AFE etc.)
Develop, implement, and maintain an energy conservation program. Responsible for making recommendations for efficiency and reduction in costs of operating all facilities on WCCI and FCOD campuses.
Develop and implement the multi-year Comprehensive Maintenance Plan that is both corrective and preventative for the upkeep of all facilities, grounds, and the major facilities systems (HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural) of WCCI. Provide an efficient work order system for repairs of facilities and equipment that ensures that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely fashion and provide regular work order status reports to the Executive Administrator. Recommend facility improvement and modernization to improve the systems, equipment, and facilities of WCCI.
Work with local county and state officials on projects concerning zoning, gas lines, and electrical amongst other things.
Travel and inspect all Georgia campus locations a minimum of two times per quarter and provide and extensive report on the facilities/ maintenance needs of each campus.
Examine workplace conditions consistently to ensure they conform to applicable OSHA standards.
Perform any duties and responsibilities that are within the scope of employment as assigned by the Executive Administrator and not otherwise prohibited by law or regulation.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong negotiation, organization, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
Excellent Customer Service
Problem solving and analytical
Ability to recruit, inspire and lead a high performance leadership team and staff to turn vision and ideas into concrete and high impact programs.
Strategic thinker and inspiring communicator, especially as relates to budgeting, planning, and executing projects.

Must have management and supervisory experience.
Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing essential.

EXPERIENCE:
5-10 years experience of managing the operational flow of an organization
Excellent Management & Leadership capabilities
Project management certification is a plus.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advance degree in a related field a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office and outdoor environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
