[BVI] Local Manager (Experienced)

■ Responsibilities
- Local branch office establishment support: communicate, coordinate, oversee and report to the regional office on the fulfillment of organizational development targets
- Marketing: local market research and survey, marketing activities to support business expansion

■ Application requirements
- 3 years+ experience in marketing and/or start-up/branch office management
- Team builder, highly organized, and a proactive problem solver
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the position
- Extensive knowledge of the local market
- Fluent English and strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly

■ Additional qualifications
- Successful experience in management/setting up a branch office
- Corporate experience abroad and/or in multicultural environment
- Fluency in another language a plus
