Chief Marketing Officer

Wizarre is a NFT blockchain videogame. We are a startup with a small team, so we have complete freedom in making decisions and directions of our work.

Wizarre’s vision is to provide an easily accessible, fun, and rewards-based blockchain game to the masses. We aim to create an all-inclusive gaming ecosystem meant for everyone.

Now we are searching for an experienced and self-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team! You will report directly to the CEO and lead our superb in-house marketing team. Your duties will include managing all marketing operations, assessing and improving existing initiatives, and devising new strategies to increase revenue.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to tailor marketing strategies to complement the project’s objectives. You will have excellent communication skills, be open-minded and have a vast knowledge of current marketing trends.

Chief Marketing Officer Responsibilities:

Setting marketing goals and objectives
Planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategy
Designing, planning and executing effective marketing campaigns
Keeping the marketing budget in check
Using data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning
Analyzing company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements
Staying up to date with the latest best practices
Coordinating KOLs

Chief Marketing Officer Requirements:

Experience in marketing in crypto and video game industry
Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, etc.
Organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and entrepreneurial spirit
Fluent or Advanced English
European or Asian timezone because most of the team members are in those time zones
