Cost Accounting Recruiters is a professional search agency that specializes in helping manufacturing companies find and attract the top manufacturing operational finance talent. Since 2010, Cost Accounting Recruiters has worked with manufacturing companies to fill positions in high demand with limited supply. We have recruited nationwide and even internationally, filling positions in over 40 states, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.

Because of overwhelming demand, Cost Accounting Recruiters is expanding and is looking for a Junior Recruiter. We need someone willing to build new relationships rather than just sit back and maintain existing relationships. This is a phone-driven business, no travel is necessary, but you are marketing to new candidates that are outside of the DFW area. This is an amazing time to join a thriving company supporting a growing industry.

What is required is desire, determination, consistency, and endurance. We have the training and the tools to help you succeed. You will develop candidate relationships by connecting with experienced professionals over the phone and online.

The ideal person is comfortable on the phone and hungry to learn and grow. The industry we are in is not complex, so it is not required or needed that you have an accounting/finance background. The terminology is something you can pick up as you go along.

Responsibilities
- Phone screening candidates, present jobs, prepare and debrief from interviews, negotiate salaries
- Average 65+ calls and about 2+ hours of talk time on the phone a day, 5 phone interviews a week
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
- Manage your online profile with regular posts on LinkedIn
