FOH Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a FOH Service Manager $45,000/year to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a great guest experience while supervising flow of service
Role model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
Preparing schedules and any other required admin paperwork in a timely manner
Hiring and training new employees
Foster open communication between Team Members and Management
Maintaining quality of sanitation and safety in the work environment
Understanding and implementing all company policies and procedure Help develop Team Members to take on larger roles
Drive Guest engagement while developing relationships with our guests
Handling guest and employee issues
Tasks are but not limited to: daily running of shifts, money handling, closing and opening the restaurant
Being the acting manager when GM is away
Develop/ help develop new strategies for efficiency and profitability
Inserting invoices in P&L while helping manage spending on all facets.
Manage purchasing, inventory, and budgeting for paper goods, alcohol, etc.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
