Implementation & Administrative Support
at Zana in Arizona
Pay Scale: $21+/hr
Working hours: 9am - 5pm
Who is Zana? We are a new startup company in the dental industry. We are looking for a rockstar implementor/executor to help us bring our ideas into reality and raise the standard of dental care.
The ideal candidate would fit into our culture if they were:
Outstandingly organized and efficient
Excellent follow through and initiative
Well versed in writing best practices
An independent self-starter, ability to work independently and support project / issue resolution
Passionate and energetic about achieving small and big wins
Experience working with PowerPoint, Word, Excel,
Huge plus if you have experience in any of the following platforms: HubSpot, Figma, Typeform, and Airtable
Experience in sales and/or presentations and able to present in group settings
Responsibilities for Implementation & Administrative Support
Participates in project planning, updates, coordination and implementation
Provides feedback and suggestions on projects, issues, process and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement
Assist with producing and overseeing creative duties with copywriting, social media, podcast, and marketing materials
Assist with event planning, event registration, marketing strategies pre and post event
Basic administrative tasks (research, scheduling, emails, etc.)
Communication with vendors & customers when needed
Qualifications for Implementation & Administrative Support
Dental industry experience is a huge plus
Minimum 3+ years of experience
Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience
