Full-time IT Help Desk, Pays $20/hr

IT Help Desk needs 1+ years’ experience in technical environment
IT Help Desk requires:
 Must be Tech Savvy
 MS Office
 Active directory
 Intermediate computer skills
 Beginner level problem solving skill
 Monday-Friday - must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
 Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred - not required

IT Help Desk duties:
 Help employees log into a computer
 Help employees navigate to required sites
 Notify supervisors when a computer for training is available
 Play a presentation using a computer that highlights company websites.
 Learn to navigate company sites
 Track employees when training is completed by using employee roster
