Customer admin needs 1-2 years’ experience in a admin/csr in manufacturing industry
Customer admin requires:
Prior experience in an Administrative and/or CSR role for manufacturing company.
Strong PC proficiency in Microsoft office.
Experience with SAP Software a plus.
Good communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Customer admin duties:
Analyze customer complaints and input into SAP system.
Manage Return order requests
Support incoming customer requests via email
Process change orders and delivery blocks in SAP
