Full-time Customer Admin, PAYS $25/HR

Customer admin needs 1-2 years’ experience in a admin/csr in manufacturing industry
Customer admin requires:
 Prior experience in an Administrative and/or CSR role for manufacturing company.
 Strong PC proficiency in Microsoft office.
 Experience with SAP Software a plus.
 Good communication skills
 Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities

Customer admin duties:
 Analyze customer complaints and input into SAP system.
 Manage Return order requests
 Support incoming customer requests via email
 Process change orders and delivery blocks in SAP
