This is achieved through re-engineering how we recruit CDL drivers within the US, where we combine lead generation with applicant tracking to offer a full cycle solution built with the driver in mind.

Role
DriverFly is currently looking for hard-working full-cycle recruiters for the placement of commercial truck drivers with our extensive motor carrier base across the US. This position is perfectly suited for college students looking for part-time work or recent graduates looking to get their feet wet with recruiting or sales. To excel in this position, you must speak confidently, think critically, and act swiftly to ensure CDL drivers are getting sourced, engaged, and funneled as quickly as possible.

As a member of our team, you’ll be working in a fast-pace, startup environment. Following orientation, you’ll begin sourcing through a variety of different channels including social media, job boards, and less conventional methods. From there, you’ll communicate with CDL drivers directly to establish relationships, earn trust, and ultimately help them get their dream job through DriverFly. This will be done by partnering with your assigned account manager who will work alongside you to link the driver with the motor carrier.

Expectations
Unlike traditional recruiting, CDL driver recruiting typically runs at about 5x the placement speed as normal industry roles. With that said, you should expect to see at least 1 hire per week if you’re working at around 20 hours per week. The minimum expectation is that you work at least 15 hours per week. Though your schedule is flexible, you should be contacting drivers between the hours of 7 am to 5 pm EST for maximum results.

Requirements:
No prior experience necessary
Must have strong communication skills
Must be able to commit at least 15 hrs per week
Must be comfortable cold-calling as needed
