Senior Project Manager (EPIC EMR/EHR Project Management)
• Manage and control project and project delivery teams to meet project deadlines, escalate issues for appropriate and timely resolution, and adhere to project management methodologies.
• Lead the planning and coordination of projects, including procurement, system design, testing, implementation, systems integration, training, activation and deployment and system maintenance
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills with significant direct interface with project at all levels within the organization having essential responsibilities to manage the project relationship and resolve project issues
• Provide continuous risk management
• Strong Project Management experience in managing large scale projects at Enterprise/institutional level
• must have PM skills - Strong Project Management Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication Skills
• Manage stakeholders - Work with internal and external stakeholder, e.g. application owners, vendors
• Strong understanding of Project charter and mile stones
• Project documentation - Maintain required project documentation
• create project plans and update senior management regularly, include solution in project plan
• Negotiate rates for vendor contracts
• Assist in setting and tracking department budgets
• Create and implement a disaster recovery plan
• Plan and implement large IT projects
• Vendor Management/procurement
• Setup prioritization across businesses
• Direct and lead the work of technical staff
• Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
• develop and maintain project plans and all associated written documentation
• Facilitate communication and up to date work progress across key stakeholders that interface with clinical systems to meet timely attainment of project milestones.

GeneralProject Management Credentials
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7-10 years' worth of relevant project management experience
• Excellent customer service skills
