Full-time Customer Service Specialist

Lee Enterprises, Quad-City Times is seeking a friendly and persuasive person to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. Ideal candidates will have a passion for solving problems, understanding customer needs, and the ability to present solutions which benefit both the customer and the company.

Essential duties and responsibilities include front desk/receptionist coverage, answering phones, data entry, customer follow-up, customer retention efforts, resolving delivery issues, and resolving billing questions.

Qualified candidates will have computer experience with general knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Call center experience a huge plus.
