Job Responsibilities :

a. Framing technical specs for all the medical equipment

b. Releasing tender documents for medical equipment

c. Compilation of technical specs.

d. Rating the best technology

e. Procurement, installation of medical equipment

f. Maintenance ( both preventive and breakdown )

g. Servicing all medical equipment in the hospital

h. Maintaining master lists for all equipment in the hospital

i. Maintaining stock ledger

j. Providing weekly, and monthly status reports for the management

k. Preparing calibration schedule for all the instruments and getting the calibration done.

l. Attending the Bio-Medical Department complaints

m. Maintaining the optimum efficiency of all equipment

n. Maintaining history card for all equipment

o. Maintenance of documents like service reports, installation reports, etc.

p. Providing seminars

q. Providing 24/7 services to the hospital
