User Acquisition Manager

1.Conceptualize, execute and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos and demographics.
2.Lead UA reporting on multiple game titles and adjust bids based on ROAS and LTV.
3.Creative and analytical mindset with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving.
4.Collaborate with other teams, including product, data science and creative marketing.
5.Able to effectively communicate with external partners to drive campaign performance.
6.Able to locate new and innovative ways to develop and improve UA strategy.
7.Able to work outside of your comfort zone and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
8.Contribute to winning ad creative ideas by working closely with creative marketing and execute on creative strategies to attract new users.
9.Stay current on mobile user acquisition/growth trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
1.2-5 years experience in managing mobile user acquisition campaigns across multi channels including ad networks, social and emerging technology.
2.Strong proficiency with Facebook Ads.
3.BA/BS Degree in marketing, business administration, finance or equivalent.
4.Ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams.
5.Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on ROI.
6.Data Analysis experience.
7.Excellent negotiation skills.
8.Be able to work with teams across different geographies and time zones
Salary Range: 80k - 120k/Annual Salary
