Responsibilities
Prepare a monthly working plan for the sales team
• Gather data and evaluate it thoroughly
• Prepare detail• ed sales reports, analyze them and create future plans considering them• Ensure that the sales team is using effective sales tactics to meet the company objectives
• Provide assistance to the Front Office Team

• Familiarity with market research techniques
• Knowledge of making reports and generating the analytical performance reports

• Identify the Root cause of Good/Poor Performance
