Kiliuda Consulting is looking for a Program Manager to support for NUWC Keyport’s corporate communications, public affairs, visual information and other operational support services in Keyport, WA.

Responsibilities:

Manage task order to ensure that the statement of work is carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing work
Direct and coordinate tasks
Exercise control over personnel responsible for execution of the statement of work
Select personnel according to knowledge and experience.
Communicate with employees to explain task order responsibilities and oversee performance
Review reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified objectives and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and achieve objectives.
Prepare program reports
Control expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen
Active Secret Clearance is required
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of five years of experience as a Program Manager, building and managing diverse services support teams of labor categories to include (Photographer, Graphic Designer, Writer/Editor, Event Coordinator, Videographer, Communications) OR 10+ years of directly related training and/or experience.

Position is located in Keyport, WA
