Science Research Specialist II - Microbiology
at Center for Chemical Biology and Biotechnology in Iloilo
Full-Time
Salary: 40,000-45,000
Qualifications:
1. MS in Biology / Microbiology / Chemistry. With one (1) or two (2) years of experience in research
2. Experience in drug discovery (anticancer/antibiotics) is an advantage
3. Effective written and oral communication skills are an advantage
4. PRC license is not required but is an advantage
Job Description:
1. Designs experiments according to scientific protocols.
2. Collects prepare and analyze research data.
3. Summarizes experiments and recording research data.
4. Tabulates and displays data for presentation in quarterly reports and manuscript preparation.
5. Provides supervision and guidance to science research assistants.
6. Collaborates with personnel in spectroscopy, metabolomics, and chromatography purification.
