Sales Executive (Music Industry)

The Mastermind Group is recruiting a Sales Executive. They provide a complete solution for music artists marketing from radio, press, TV, and event public relations to branding music videos, social media, and 360 artist development.
They are looking for an ambitious, music-loving, and results-driven Sales Executive to help them expand their clientele. As a successful candidate, you will work in line with the company's core values of Excellence, Integrity, Passion and Innovation.
This is a consultative sales-based target-driven role, so an understanding/experience or passion in the music industry is beneficial to the role.
The company provides radio, press, TV and event public relations/marketing for music artists. As a successful candidate, you will need the dedication to develop and apply an effective sales strategy, hitting sales targets on a month-to-month basis and increasing the quality and number of music clients they represent

You will be responsible for:
Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
Promoting the company products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Hitting monthly sales targets
You will have a:
Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager/ Sales Executive
Relevant Music Sales role (minimum 5 years)
Proven sales track record (minimum 5 years)
Proficiency in Google Drive and CRM software (e.g. Infusionsoft or SalesForce)
Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Leading communication skills
Proven sales target results
Time management and planning skills
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Additional Desires
Desirable -BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant music-related field
Desirable existing contact list
Experience in customer support is a plus
