About us:

We are an online retailing company who has many online stores on Amazon & Walmart across various countries. It sells pet toys and products, small household products, aquarium products in these online stores. Our company has seen significant growth over the years and now to keep up with our business demands, we need 5 Virtual Assistants to help us in building the business and attending to traffic of daily inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:
• Finding interested suppliers online and negotiate the best deal for the company
• Bookkeeping, accounting, sending and filing invoices
• Track schedules and notify customers about appointments
• Manage websites and social media accounts
• Manage contact lists and spreadsheets
• Attending to client and customer needs through email, chat and call
• Data entry
• Online business management

Qualifications:
• Must be proficient in BOTH Chinese and English language
• Must not be based in China (Google Sheet does not work in China)
• Must not be a student or full time employee with any company
• Must be from age 20-40 years old
• Must have experience with Admin role
• Highly motivated and fast learner
• Knowledgeable in using Google docs, Google Mail, Google spreadsheet, and other work applications
• Should be able to work as a freelancer as it is an online job
• Preferably someone with experience in buyer/procurement
Work Details:
• Singapore time zone
• Allocate minimum of 3 hours during regular working hours
• Freelance
