IT - Technology Lead | Java | J2EE

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of St. Paul, MN or be willing to relocate to the area.
Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
4+ years of Information Technology experience
3+ years of experience with Java, C++, Perl/Python programming languages
Experience across full software development lifecycle including design, requirements, implementation, and test.
Should be able to track software development effort by creating and maintaining records in the approved configuration management tool.
Should be able to analyze and solve engineering problems, recommending corrective or alternative actions where appropriate.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in medical device or other regulated software industry with standards such as IEC 62304
Multi-threaded Java application development on Linux and Windows platforms
Collaboration with a team of cross-functional engineering disciplines including systems, firmware, and hardware engineers
Experience working with integrated systems involving hardware test platforms and wireless communication technologies including MICS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Experience required: 8-12 Years
