Our client, Mikes Way Driving School, is a company with an outstanding reputation and they would love to welcome you to be part of their team.



They are currently recruiting potentially full-time Driving Instructors in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Middlesex areas.

Pay £38k based on 35h/week


You'll be trained by the best instructors in the UK with the full support of their team.



Our client will support you through your partnership with them, they will help you with accountancy, you will be invited to their social events and of course, they will help you with your further professional development as a driving instructor.



As the successful candidate, you will be provided with branded workwear, business cards, access to a diary via the app and your car will get Mikes Way Driving School signage.



Key skills and experience

You need to be over 21 and have a full UK driving license or EU license which you hold for at least 2.5 years (so once you qualify you'll hold it for 3 years).
You'll be DBS checked
Have no more than 5 points on your license
You need to be patient, manage stress levels well and have a calm and positive attitude. You need to enjoy driving and have good driving and communications skills.
You'll be working with people of various ages, various backgrounds and ethnicity.
