Nurse Practitioner

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner with Occupational Health Experience.
• Occupational Health (1+ years), required.
• CAOHC certification is required.
• Candidate will oversee Case Manager RN and MA. Assignment could turn into a permanent role for the right candidate.
• Dress code is business casual with a lab coat for patient care.
• Candidate will rotate between local clinics.

Schedule: - Monday 8am - 5pm at Clayton IFP –
Tuesday 12pm - 9pm at Clayton IFP –
Wednesday 8am - 5pm at Clayton IFP –
Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm in Durham –
Friday 8am - 5pm at Clayton API
