Kiliuda Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and government contracting industry leader is looking for a Procurement Technician to support the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Office of Acquisitions in Frederick, MD.



Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and verification of contracts and associated documentation to prepare a complete contract package
Gather and assemble necessary data for the award and documentation of a contract
Prepare, organize and maintain contract file folders
Maintain records on closed contracts and, in accordance with NIH regulations
Coordinate shipment of contract files to and retrieval from the Federal Records Centers
Coordinate destruction of files identified by the Contracting Office
Log contract modifications and contract award; distribute copies of modifications and award documents
Validate receipt of requested items by reviewing packing slips
Enter data into automated tracking and reporting systems
Maintain invoice reporting logs
Resolve invoice problems in coordination with the purchasing agent or contracting officers
Prepare, reformat and edit statements of work from multiple sources
Provide information and assistance to program staff on a variety of procurement matters
Perform quality assurance on data related to procurements
Review draft procurement policies, standard operating procedures, and memoranda for grammar and format


Requirements:

US Citizen
Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Four years related experience
Solid MS Office Suite skills
Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
Experience w/ teleconference platforms (WebEx, MS Teams, Zoom)
Excellent attention to detail
Experience with: PRISM, Oracle, POTS, nVision is desired

Position is located in Frederick, MD
