We are an event equipment rental and staffing company. We rent out Audio, bars, chairs, concession, dinnerware, flooring, heating and cooling, linens, tents, staging and tables. We also do event staffing to help with event setup, decorations, guest engagement, serving, bartending and cleanup and tear down.

Job Summary

We are looking for a warehouse manager who is not afraid to get his hands dirty and looking to learn and experience leading a team. The warehouse manager is a hands-on position, responsible for meeting the company’s Fulfillment (cleaning, repairing, and loading) customer returns and pickup, cleaning, receiving, logistics, quality, inventory control, and safety goals. Objectives are met through interfacing with direct reports; planning, assigning, and managing their work assignments, monitoring work performance, and providing feedback on their performance. The position also requires preparing team schedules, task lists. Direct warehouse personnel, assigning them to meet production goals and targets. Plan labor and resource requirements to meet production & warehouse schedule and goals. Maintain a command-and-control position in the Department by regularly inspecting all the activities in the department promoting a safety culture. Manages physical inventory with warehouse lead. monitors receiving and quality procedures with warehouse associates. Create or update S.O.P.s and written procedures required to assure efficient production. Monitor area for improvements. Assure proper training is executed and documented. Interact with sales, support, dispatch, delivery team, and marketing amongst other departments daily. Professionally manage personnel issues including intrapersonal conflicts, time record.

Responsibility

Organization and Cleanness of Warehouses
Preparing team schedules, and task lists
Create or update S.O.P.s and written procedures required to assure efficient production. Monitor area for improvements
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and inspected.
Ensure Accurate counting of all inventory
Repair Broken Equipment
Manage team of 4 across 3 warehouses
Ensure sure trucks are pre-loaded
Ensure all items are at the appropriate warehouse.
Experience:

Warehouse experience: 3 years (Preferred)
