Harness Energy has new and exciting Oil and Gas drilling campaigns with long-term employment contracts and work opportunities with some of the world’s leading drilling operators and contractors that offer the best training, career advancement opportunities and exposure to a variety of top-end rigs.

If you have gained experience from working in the below-drilling industries outside of Oil & Gas (onshore), and you are keen to build a fantastic career for yourself in the Oil and Gas industry, we can help you achieve this.

We are currently accepting applications from the following:

Mining (Offsider, Trainee Driller, Assistant Driller, Driller etc)
Mineral Drilling
Diamond Drilling
Exploration Drilling
Oil & Gas drilling offshore
Oil & Gas Internationally
Oil & Gas drilling without qualifications

Your demonstrated experience and attained qualifications (e.g. the Certificate II in Drilling Operations OR Certificate II in Mining/Field Exploration will enable us to consider you for credit transfers on similar study modules to progress you in the Oil & Gas Industry:

Trainee Drillers and Drillers in mineral mining are ideally suited for these opportunities.

Hold relevant experience in line with the position applied for
Relevant industry training, Tickets, and Licences
Be available for short & long-term "Hitches" and or deployment as required
Applicants MUST have the legal right to work in Australia at the time of your application
